Order processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped. During periods of high order volume, sales, or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed, and should be used as a guide only.

Domestic shipping

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Khai Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.

Shipping delays

Khai Studio is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. For items lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
