Refund policy

Our Policy

All Khai Studio products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or unwanted items.

Defects, Damage, and Wrong Items

If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing flaw, or is the wrong item entirely, we want to fix it. Contact us at kory@khai.studio within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment required.

What qualifies:

• Visible print defects or misalignment
• Damaged or flawed garment
• Wrong item received

What doesn't qualify:

• Sizing (please use our size chart before ordering)
• Color variation from screen to print (minor variation is normal)
• Change of mind

Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we can cancel any order before production begins — just email kory@khai.studio as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing starts, the order can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
